SALLY's SIMPLE SPONGE PUDDING

Ingredients

100 g (4 oz)  Butter or Margarine.

100 g (4 oz)  Castor Sugar

2 Eggs

100 (4oz) Self-Raising Flour.

Few drops of vanilla ess.

Method:

Cream butter and sugar. 

Beat eggs. Add to sugar mixture

Add SR Flour and vanilla essence.

Put in Jam or Fruit or Honey or anything you want.

Grease a microwave safe small dish.

Microwave mixture on High for 6 mins.

Leave to cool slightly.

Tip onto plate.

Serve with custard, cream, or ice-cream.

SALLY's TIP: This is quite filling so if there are leftovers remember to re-heat next day before eating as it goes harder with time and heating softens again..
